HOW WE HANDLE YOUR ACCOUNT

Security, Data and Account Conduct Practices

We maintain your account data and transaction history in accordance with the obligations set out in these terms, keeping records for the retention period specified in Section 7 and making them available…

Data Retention

We hold your account records, transaction logs, and identity documents for the period required under applicable Indian law. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised in line with our retention policy.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on sattamatkajico track session state and payment flow so your UPI or Paytm transaction does not reset mid-process. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

Account Security

Your account password and one-time PIN must be kept confidential. We will never ask for your full password by email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to us immediately through the live chat channel.

Requesting Changes

To update registered details — such as your linked PhonePe number or email address — submit a request through account settings or email support with valid identity verification. Changes take effect within 72 hours.

Who to Contact

For formal term-related complaints, address correspondence to our compliance team via the email listed in Section 10. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

Disputes and Appeals

If you disagree with an account decision — such as a withdrawal hold — you may formally appeal by submitting evidence through email support. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member independent of the original decision.

Your Questions on These Terms Answered

Below are the questions we receive most often about how these terms affect your account, your payments, and your rights when using sattamatkajico.

Yes. Completing account registration on sattamatkajico constitutes your agreement to these terms in full. You should read every section before you proceed so there are no surprises about the rules that apply to your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via your registered email before the new version takes effect. Continued use of your account after the notice period means you accept the revised terms.

If your account is suspended while a UPI deposit is in transit, the funds are held securely and returned to the originating UPI handle once the suspension review is complete. The timeline is outlined in Section 5 of these terms.

Submit a data access request by emailing our support team from your registered address. We will compile your account records and transaction history and send them to you within 30 days in a readable format, as required under applicable law.

Where Indian law imposes obligations that conflict with any clause in these terms, the legal obligation takes precedence. Access to our platform depends on what local law permits in your state or territory, and these terms are read subject to that constraint.

Accounts may be closed for providing false identity documents, using another person's Paytm or PhonePe account to deposit, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or any activity that violates the conduct rules in Section 3 of these terms.

We retain transaction records — including UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe deposits and withdrawals — for the minimum period required under applicable Indian financial record-keeping rules. After that, records are deleted or anonymised as set out in Section 7.
